Peter W. Avis

Peter Avis was born and raised in the Parksville area and, after completing his Undergraduate Degree in Economics and his Law Degree at University of British Columbia, was called to the Bar in 1979.

Mr. Avis and Mr. Davis joined up to form the firm of Davis & Avis in 1980. An avid cyclist, Mr. Avis is a member of a number of Mid-Island cycling clubs and advocacy groups. Mr. Avis has also served as a director of the Bayside Squash Club and the Oceanside Youth Soccer Association for many years.

Mr. Avis practices family law including divorce, common-law claims, custody, maintenance, property claims and separation agreements as well as a wide range of civil litigation.

Keith F. Randall

Keith Randall was born and raised in the Parksville - Qualicum area. He completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies at Malaspina University-College in 1995 and his law degree at the University of British Columbia. He was called to the Bar in 2010.

Mr. Randall joined Davis Avis Randall as an associate in 2011.

Mr. Randall's areas of practice are real estate and mortgages, corporate and commercial law including incorporations, and wills and estates.

Charlotte G.O. Munk

Charlotte Munk grew up in Vancouver.

After completing her Bachelor of Arts in History at McGill University, she went on to obtain her law degree from Queen's University in 2014.

She was called to the Bar in 2015. Ms. Munk joined Davis Avis Randall as an associate in 2016.

Ms. Munk primarily practices family law as well as civil litigation.

Lisa F. Kerwin

Lisa hails from the Yukon. After a time in hotel management, raising three daughters and an undergraduate degree in psychology and sociology, Lisa completed law school at the University of Calgary and was called to the Bar in Alberta in 2007.

She practiced largely as a sole practitioner in Calgary, Alberta for 9 years focussing on family and estate law.

Lisa appeared before both Provincial and Queen's Bench courts in Alberta.

Lisa was called to the BC Bar in April 2016 and relocated to Parksville with her husband and their dog to commence work at the firm and enjoy Island living.
